Extensive applied design experience

Dennerik Engineering Ltd. was founded in 1981 by two ambitious mechanical engineers at its first location in the historic Vancouver Iron Works site. In 1986, the Company moved to its custom-built location in Burnaby and in 2012, moved to its current location in Maple Ridge. The Maple Ridge facility includes a 3,000 sq. ft. office, an efficient 18,000 sq. ft. fabrication shop, a separate sandblasting and painting facility, and over two acres of yard, providing ample storage and assembly space.

Shop Fabricated Process Tanks – Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminum

Dennerik Engineering has been a reliable provider of high-quality, custom designed carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum tanks since 1981. Our dedicated team of professional engineers and designers have decades of experience designing API 650, AWWA and UL code tanks, as well as stiffened flat plate rectangular tanks. Dennerik’s highly skilled fabricators and certified welders utilize our vast library of ASME Section IX, CWB and AWS registered weld procedures, and we proudly fabricate, finish, inspect and test all tanks in accordance with our Quality Control Program, which guides our estimating, engineering, procurement, fabrication and inspection processes to ensure that all products meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

Field Erected Tanks

Dennerik Engineering provides professional engineering design, detailing and shop fabrication of complete component packages for field erected API 650 tanks. We provide all requirements – bottom, sheets, roof, support structures, nozzles, manways and access stairs – everything your company may require, including erection drawings.

Our 18,000 sq.ft. plant, complete with a 2-acre yard, also provides the opportunity to shop fabricate your field tank in large sections, resulting in reduced field requirements and lowest overall cost. Dennerik can also work on your job site, where our skilled erection team can complete the project for you.

Wastewater Treatment Equipment, Clarifiers, Heated/Cooled/Mixer Tanks

Dennerik’s design and fabrication team engineers and custom fabricates an extensive variety of complex process tankage, including:

Our skilled engineers ensure that all operating loads and process requirements are adequately accounted for in our design. Dennerik Engineering is a seasoned and capable provider of custom engineered, fabricated, assembled and tested skidded equipment packages and modules which meet specifications and perform to expectations. Wet and Dry Miscellaneous Platework

Dennerik Engineering has a long-established reputation as a reliable supplier of accurate and well-finished custom platework that fits. Our design and detailing team will ensure that the necessary shop drawings are accurate, well presented and correct.

Our in-house engineering team is highly experienced in structural design analysis and cost effective design optimization of stiffened flat plate chutes, bins, and tanks to hold any liquid, slurry, or dry material. Our analysis can provide anchor point reaction loads to enable the client to complete the necessary structural design of their supporting structure or concrete slab.
